The Countdown to Spring Break Has Begun!

Bubba Gump Shrimp Company on The Peak celebrates Spring Break the American way with a special menu for friends and family to enjoy between March 12th and April 30th.

Spring Break is around the corner and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company on The Peak is inviting guests to spend their weekends looking beyond skyscrapers and across Victoria Harbour with their special Spring Break Menu promotion.

Available from March 10th to April 30th the new Spring Break Menu will allow diners to treat their taste buds to the restaurants exclusive springtime deals.

Special items on the Spring Break Menu will include a selection of house favourites such as Spring Combo consisting of grilled shrimp and veggie skewer, Cajun Tilapia with homemade bourbon sauce and sautéed shrimp with scratch made Lobster Pepper Butter sauce; Shrimp Potato Bacon Bites dipped in Buttermilk, drizzled with Bubba’s own Sriracha Sour Cream Sauce.

In addition, guests enjoying the menu can also benefit from an array of beverage specials. The Spring Break Menu include drink favourites such as Sun Kissed Mist consisting of vodka mixed with pineapple juice, cranberry juice and 7UP and Tidal Wave including tequila infused with melon liqueur, blue curacao, lime juice and pineapple juice in a shaker wine glass, which guests can take home.

Younger dinners can choose from the Strawberry Mango Lemonade, mixed with Mango Puree, strawberry puree, Lemonade and 7UP and the Frozen lemon-up, with four flavours to choose in a glass they can keep and enjoy forever.
