Themed family restaurant Bubba Gump Shrimp Company on The Peak is welcoming sweethearts celebrating Valentine’s Day to enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking Hong Kong’s breathtaking views. On 14th February, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is offering a set menu at HK$888 + 10% per person.

Lovebirds will start with Heart Beet Scallop Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette & Feta Cheese, follow with Seafood Broth with Lobster Tail. 

For entrée, loved up couples will be presented with one of three dishes including the Slow-cooked US Pork Rack with Caramelized Apple & Onion Gravy; Panko Crusted Golden Crab Cake and Pan-seared Barramundiserved with Key Lime Chardonnay Cream Sauce; or Char-Grilled US Black Angus Tenderloin with Grilled Asparagus & Red Wine Demi-Glace.

Couples can then complete their romantic evening at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. by indulging in the mouth-watering Molten Double Chocolate Brownies with Espresso Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream.
