Priced from HK$888 per person plus 10% service charge the New Year’s Eve Menu kicks off with Mango and Shrimp Salad with Asian dressing, Tiger Prawn Seafood Broth. For main course, diners can choose from four scrumptious dishes including Slow Roasted Provencal Lamb Striploin served with Mashed Potato, sautéed Vegetables, Lamb Demi-glace & Mint Chimichurri, Baked Black Cod Fillet & Tiger Prawn with Mashed Potato & Lobster Butter Sauce or Char-Grilled Us Black Angus Tenderloin & Lobster Tail accompanied with Grilled Asparagus, Mashed Potato & Red Wine Demi-glace. For dessert guests can enjoy Pineapple-Apple Crumble served with Vanilla Ice-cream.
